Cézanne and Paris 
This great painter was not content to paint his beautiful native Provence, he was also inspired by his Paris travels. This exhibition highlights 80 works, his "Parisian" paintings, as well as his approach and expertise. From October 10th, 2011 to February 26th, 2012 at the Luxembourg Museum.

Degas and Nudity
Since 1988, there has not been a Degas exhibition in Paris. This exhibition highlights his great connaissance, as do the other works of other Impressionists at the D'Orsay Museum. From March 13th to the 1st July 2012.

Dance his life
The Centre Georges Pompidou exhibits for the first time, a collection of works related to the dance and the Visual arts between the XX and XXI century. You will find works of Rodin, Dada, Alexander Calder, Yves Klein, Henri Matisse and Pablo Picasso among others. From November 23rd to April 2nd, 2012.

Fantan-Latour, Manet, Baudelaire. « L'Hommage à Delacroix » :
After the death of Delacroix, Fantan-Latour feels oblige to pay tribute by painting a master piece « LHommage to Delacroix ». This famous painting shows a self portrait of Delacroix surrounded by other great painters of the time: Whistler, Manet, Baudelaire, Fantan-Latour, among others. From December 7th to March 19th, 2012 at the National Museum Eugène Delacroix.

Matisse, Thinker of shapes:
At the Pompidou Center, you will find an exhibition containing 60 paintings that show the use of repetition in Matisse work. From March 7th to June 18th 2012 at the George Pompidou Museum.

The Rock Exhibition:
Exhibition dedicated to Bob Dylan, one of the major songwriter of the 20th century, and his carrier from 1961 to 1966. A compilation of the highlights of his life and career. At the Cité de la Musique from March 6th to July 1st 2012.

Enter the strange universe of Mr. Burton:
In 2012, the Cinematheque tribute to the excentrique and intriguing Tim Burton. This exhibition was created by the NY MoMA in 2010 and covers the extent his work and this incredible filmmaker universe. From March 7th to August 5th, 2012 at the Cinémathèque.
